Dr. Daisy, a PhD in Literature and English Education from the U.S. and a Master’s in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics from Tsinghua University, has accomplished over 30 years of teaching experience in colleges and universities in both China and the U.S. She is devoted to helping more students build up a strong foundation in English writing and fluency with her knowledge at Writing Centers in the U.S. so that students can improve their performance and achieve higher scores in TOEFL, IELTS, SSAT, ISEE, SAT, ACT, GED, and AP courses. She is also the co-founder and President of Pioneer Learners, LLC in Dallas, U.S. and Beijing, China, and works to design curricula and courses for students in Pioneer Learners.



Dr. Shr, Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania, has many years of college level teaching and hi-tech business management experience. He has helped many students with a variety of writing projects: college application essays, weekly essays, master’s theses, doctoral dissertations, and academic publications.
